Historic TriangleCommunity Service Center • Celebrating 20 years of Services – Church originally • 30,000 plus clients served by 9 Agencies in the building • FISH – 250 volunteers – grocery bags of food equal to 150,000 meals • RIDES – non-emergency medical – 7400 clients 481,000 miles • Referral Network Office 100 households/week 5200/yr = 12,500 individuals – food/clothing and agency services • Community Action Agency – 75 Head Start Children – Weatherization and Insulation Program – Family Services

  5. Historic TriangleCommunity Service Center NEEDS IN COMMUNITY • FOOD – FISH, BEN’S GIFT, GROVE, CHURCHES • CLOTHING – FISH, GROVE • SHELTER – 5 AREA MOTELS • JOBS – VEC, VARIOUS AGENCIES THROUGH NETWORKING NO DATABASE/LISTING OF SERVICES SHARED WITHIN THE COMMUNITY

Historic TriangleCommunity Service Center • CASES – not just the underserved, homeless, low income – growing need – more and more seniors 35 yr old male – wife lost job due to contract lost he is laid off from maintenance job – 3 children under 7 – needed food – provided 2 weeks of maintenance work within building – Christmas money Gated community couple – he has health issues and loses job – cannot work – she works part time retail – needed food – provided in house counseling

  7. CLIENTS SERVED IN THE BUILDING FISH – 2013– 10, 500 Recipients, 150,000 meals, 3200 individuals received clothes

Conference Center 3,500 Square feet of hall space Ample parking – over 150 parking spaces Food Prep and Caterer’s Kitchen area Stage 600 Square Feet PA System (Excellent Sound System) Tables/Chairs – seat 250 banquet style Contact info for DJs, Caterers, Bands, etc. Projection equipment - WIFI Communications throughout the building
