Mercury to Acquire Systinet • Mercury signed a definitive agreement to acquire Systinet, a privately held company, for $105 million in cash • Systinet is the leading provider of service-oriented architecture (SOA) governance and lifecycle management software and services • Systinet technology manages SOA business services and makes it easier to build secure and reliable Web services • This acquisition positions Mercury as a leader in the high-growth SOA market and enables Mercury to accelerate the SOA capabilities provided by Mercury BTO Enterprise offerings • Mercury plans to leverage Systinet products to enable a lifecycle approach to managing the quality, performance, and availability of SOA applications. The Systinet platform consists of: • Systinet Business Services Registry • Systinet Policy Manager
