  12. Passport and Visas • Valid passports are required for all travelers. • Passports may take up to fourteen weeks to process. Check with the State Department for current processing time, visit the website: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html • Some destinations may require travel visas. • Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents.

Spring payment schedule • $95 with application • $150 due 30 days after enrollment • 2nd payment: $300 due August 30,2008 • Final payment due 99 days prior to departure Standard payment schedule AutoPay program • Convenient monthly payments charged to a debit or credit card • Free to enroll • No late fees • Final payment deadline up to 35 days prior to departure
