  4. Common to all Letters We populate “our” details from a table, one source for EVERYTHING. This is one of infinite layout possibilities, all deriving data from the lookups shown on the next slide.

  20. This is from the same QDE (Quick Data Entry) produced automatically from the form … This time the content is all original and keyed - just like in Word. You can also “pick up” paragraphs you’ve written before and insert them, for ANY activity that warrants saving the text to use again.

  21. Automated or via Data Entry This presentation has shown QDE screens proving the data to letter writing. You can do the same directly from your systems, fully automated, untouched. System outputs FormTrap accepts include spread sheet files, XML files (from your DB), PDF files and text files of any type. It has been several years since FormTrap was stumped by a data file.
