  2. C-09 Documents • Your (TEAM) Scope (C.4) will determine which documents go into the C-09. E.G. Manpower supply will be very limited. • HSE documents are key so follow the advice here. • Then consider the other safety related documents specific to your scope/discipline/location e.g. Marine • Add documents, that you know specifically in your discipline/location, that will ensure the contractor is aware of the expectation e.g. PR-1069 - Emergency Response Document Part III Contingency Plans Volume VI Marine Operations • Cut the final list into your C-09
