  1. Top 5 Activities That Men Should does to stay in Shape Let’s face it, the older men get, the more their bodies tend to show their age. It’s not our fault; it’s just that the aging process, gravity, poor health choices and even bad habits can turn a once finely tuned body into a not so fit blob. Maybe we put on a bunch of extra pounds, or we just get winded thinking about exercising. Whatever the outcome, it’s time to get into shape and know more about the affinity health. So what’s a guy to do? If you’re one of the ones who would like to get and stay in shape, here are 5 activities that you can do. Follow these and you’ll actually enjoy looking in a mirror. First up is stretching. You have to improve your flexibility and balance before embarking on any type of fitness, weight gain for menprograms, and stretching is an excellent way to limber up. You’ll also improve your circulation, as well as the range of motion in your joints. When you lose your flexibility, you’re running the risk of joint injuries, torn muscles, and even a broken bone.
