Then to: • Identify the key values and what they specifically mean • Describe the behaviours that do or would demonstrate the values • Celebrate what is right and examples of best practices that are already taking place • Agree causes and corrective actions of potentially limiting values • Distinguishing between quick win actions and a longer term direction of what the high performing culture should look and feel like Source: Barrett Values Centre
