The School of The Modern Era Project Due May 27th Poster design: • Use full sized poster board • Use whole page; leave no space uncolored. • Illustrate people on the poster, in the appropriate area near those they associated with in history. • Include border and other designs that support your ideas. Content • Include at least 20 influential people • Associations must be accurate • Details about the conversation should come from DoK, gathered throughout the year

(75) The School of The Modern Era Project Period 3 Requirements 1) SME Poster (30 points) • Create a full-sized poster representing 20 important historical figures in world history • Reference Raphael’s “School of Athens” to create a modern version of historical figures and the conversations they may have, if they were to speak 2) Historical Figures List (15 points) • Fill in individual historical figures and details for 20 significant people in world history • Use this list to identify each person for the SME Key 3) Conversation Form (15 points) • Complete form or create a form with the required details about the people having a historically-based conversation 4) SME Key (15 points) • Take picture or make black-line sketch of your original piece of art • Identify each historical figure with the number on the Historical Figures List
