  2. About Private Pilot License (PPL) There are many pilots who wish to learn how to fly their own aircraft and unlock the excitement of being airborne. From your very first steps toward pilot certification you must obtain the Private Pilot License (PPL) to achieve your aviation dream. Your PPL license creates endless opportunities for traveling both professionally and leisurely since it enables you to fly privately across different places.

  3. Private Pilot License Eligibility Age Requirement: Minimum 17 years old. Educational Qualification: 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics or an equivalent qualification. Medical Fitness: Must pass a Class II Medical Exam conducted by a DGCA-approved examiner. Ground Exams: Clear theoretical exams in Air Law, Navigation, and Aircraft Systems as per DGCA requirements. Flight Training: Complete a minimum of 40 hours of flight training, including solo and cross-country flying. RTR License: Obtain a Radiotelephony (RTR) License for communication.

  4. Private Pilot License (PPL) Duration Flight Training Hours Students must complete 40 hours of flight schooling which covers dual instruction and solo flight and cross-country navigation. Ground School and Exams Apart from hands-on training students must pass theoretical exams which the DGCA requires for completion.

  5. Private Pilot License (PPL) Syllabus Air Regulations: Understanding aviation laws and regulations. Aviation Meteorology: Studying weather patterns for safe flight operations. Navigation: Learning to chart and navigate routes effectively. Aircraft and Engine Systems: Familiarizing with aircraft structure and functionality. Radio Telephony: Learning effective communication with Air Traffic Control (ATC) and handling emergency situations.

Private Pilot License (PPL) Admission Procedure Application Submission The applicant needs to submit both the application form together with essential documented materials that include academic records and identification proof and medical fitness verification. Admission Confirmation Teachers who complete their document verification successfully will get confirmation of their PPL admission process and may then continue to ground school and flight training.
