  2. Purpose: • Use your collected data to answer your research questions. • Use your findings to prove whether your hypothesis are positive or negative.

  3. Approach: • 1. Use tables, charts, figures and numbers to explain your findings. • 2. State and specify the most important parts of your findings. • 3. Categorize your questions; put relevant questions together to explain each of your research questions. • 4. Combine tables, charts, figures and words to make your findings clear to readers.

  4. Examples • 1. Smartphone effects • 2. refer to p. 4-39 to p.4-43 in our handbook

  5. Wording • 1. According to figure 1, the researchers found that….. • 2. Based on chart 2, 80% of the subjects thought they were addicted to smartphones. 11% of them did not think they had a smartphone addiction. 9% of them didn’t know whether they had the addiction or not. • 3. Figure 1 showed that…… • 4. From chart 2, the writers could conclude that…. • 5. It was concluded that monophobia was a severe problem during recent five years.
