You can choose one or both. • The Freedom Account, a charity “chequing and or online” account which allows you flexibility in your charitable giving throughout the year. • Directly to a charity or charities of your choice. • Specify below the name of the charity of your choice and the amount you would like to donate from your monthly pension payment. Your donation is made pre-tax, so you receive tax relief on your donation. • Please complete and return your completed form to ✉rbspayrollgiving@charitiestrust.org • Charities Trust, Suite 20-22, Century Building, Tower Street, Liverpool, L3 4BJ • Registered Charity No. 327489; Company Registered in England, Registration No. 2142757 1 2 1 2 Tick if you do not wish your contact details given to the above charities to acknowledge your donation By signing, you confirm that no further tax is recoverable on this gift; that only gifts to organisations with charitable status in the UK will be accepted; that no gift can be made as a membership subscription or to pay for goods and services supplied.
