  2. Executive Summary • IDoL has consistently and effectively inspected the Steel Mills in Indiana. • There have been 75 completed inspections. No repeat or willful violations were found during any inspections. • There is no evidence that the Steel Mills inspected have repeatedly violated safety orders. • There is no correlation between safety orders and the number of accidents/fatalities at Steel Mills in Northwest Indiana.
