  2. Selecting Point Sources for the Inventory • Use allowables as a “screening” analysis • Refine with actuals where available/necessary • Include major and minor sources within 50 km of the radius of impact • Include sources located in the AQCR for more than 1 year

  3. Selecting “Non-Point Sources” for the Inventory • Include mobile and area sources in areas of growth • Include “intermittent” sources that have significant emissions

  4. Missing Data • Use allowables where available • Assume full increment available at minor source baseline date • Use AP-42 estimates/historical information about industry class to “construct” baseline

  5. Database Requirements • Track short-term and annual emission rates • Ability to segment emissions within the facility • Designation for increment consuming, expanding and baseline emissions • Ability to track stack parameter changes • Interstate/tribe coordination possible
