MEMBERSHIP RATES There are three levels of Quintessentially Membership available: General This general membership grants you access to the AskQ concierge available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for restaurant and club bookings, travel arrangements and all other requests. The service costs ZAR 7,800 per year with a one-off joining fee of ZAR 1,500 for a single membership or ZAR 12, 000 per year with a one-off joining fee of ZAR 2,500 for couples. Dedicated Dedicated is our most popular level of service - it provides our high-profile members with a personal account manager whose mission in life is to alleviate their daily stresses by offering complete lifestyle management. The Dedicated membership draws on Quintessentially's golden contacts to offer you discounts and exclusive access, as well as advanced notice for upcoming events and parties. This service costs ZAR 25,000 per year with a one-off joining fee of ZAR 3,000 for a single membership or ZAR 36,000 for a couple with a one-off joining fee of ZAR 4,500 for couples. Elite At the global Elite Membership level you can guarantee Quintessentially will have the expertise and insider information to get you what you want wherever and whenever you want it. Strictly by invitation only, Elite members of Quintessentially are provided with a team of personal Elite account managers in all of Quintessentially’s territories, which span the globe. You'll be connected to fixers and researchers in every major city across the world, all available 24 hours a day to answer your each and every whim. Quintessentially always strives to go that absolute extra mile for its Elite members, retaining discretion, promoting exclusivity and ensuring full-time on-site assistance whenever it is needed.   8. COMMUNICATION TOOLS Newsletters Quintessentially communicates with its members and key suppliers via a weekly/bi-weekly newsletter. Distributed weekly to more than 230,000 recipients worldwide, the newsletter provides up-to-the-minute news on the best events, arts, entertainment, offers, benefits and privileges available to Quintessentially members. With specific coverage currently including UK, USA, the Middle East, Far East, South Africa, Russia and Scandinavia, members can opt to receive their local newsletter, plus any other which may be of interest. Option Two: Advertising opportunity - single banner positioned below the latest benefits area – one of the most popular sections of our newsletter, (based on member feedback ) Suppliers receive preferential rates. Quintessentially Magazine With a circulation of 40,000, the Quintessentially magazine has been hugely successful since its launch in 2004. It is delivered on a quarterly basis to every Quintessentially member. It is also on sale in selected news stands internationally. The aim of the magazine is to publish something different stories that you are unlikely to read elsewhere.

Cross Marketing Opportunities Quintessentially are interested in exploring other cross-marketing opportunities between relevant and like-minded brands.  Of particular interest is to investigate opportunities to introduce our exclusive membership and services to your audience and vice versa. Do you have a database of customers/clients? Do you communicate with your database on a regular basis? Is this via e mail or postal communication? Exclusively, for your clients, we could create a bespoke membership offer - for example, waive our usual joining fee (annual membership fee still applies from ZAR 7,800 ) and fast track the application for your customers.  Throughout the year we have seasonal welcome gifts for members that join during a set time period  and dependant upon the level of membership.  Examples of these range from wine tastings at your home for 8 people from Quintessentially Wine to delicious luxurious hampers from Quintessentially Gifts.
