  1. Effects of Pink Salt on Humans Pink Salt is one of the ingredients that almost all foods include most frequently. The sodium content of the human body is controlled. If levels are too high, we become thirsty and drink, which causes the kidneys to expedite the removal process.

  2. Effects on Human body: Blood Pressure: Osmosis is used by the kidneys to remove excess water from the blood. Potassium and sodium must be carefully balanced. Ingesting salt increases the level of sodium in the blood, upsets the delicate balance, and decreases the kidney's capacity to excrete water. Blood pressure increases as a result of the extra fluid and stress on the delicate blood vessels leading to the kidneys. Retention of Fluid: In the body, sodium binds to water and aids in preserving the fluid balance both within and outside of cells. As a result, when ingesting excessively salted meals, the body may retain the water. According to numerous studies, consuming more sodium causes the body to retain fluids internally at a higher rate, which causes oedema.
