  1. Traveling with Medications: What You Need to Know

  2. Some of us are scared witless of flying. The moment our car reaches airport parking LAX, we begin to feel jittery and unwell at the thought of flying. For them, only repeated and regular flying can gradually ease the fear of flying. But sometimes the uneasiness you feel before or during a flight is not because of this. You might have a physical problem for which you are under medication. And in such a scenario, you must ensure that you know and do a few things while travelling with medication.

  3. The basic advice which you must follow is to actually carry all your medicines with you without forgetting, because some medicines might be difficult to find in the city you are travelling. Even you make a quick check at LAX parkingand realise you have forgotten something, you still have the choice of buying it at the airport pharmacies. The next most important thing is to carry your prescriptions and if possible, a file containing your case history. This is very useful for any doctor who has to examine you in an emergency.

  4. Finally, carry a sheet of paper with the names and numbers of your physicians, dieticians, pharmacies and anyone related to your health and wellness.
