  2. Travel off-season It might sound a bit confusing. But if you are on a budget, off-season travelling is the best. Travel to the countries where the quality of life style is inferior than yours. There will be less tourists and you can enjoy the landscapes and types of activities.

  3. Staying in hostels can save you money Hostels often provides free food. There are hostels which can give you accommodation in exchange programmes for the few hours of work. Also, there will be a lot of options in the hostels available for you, like rural hostels, relaxing hostels, exotic hostels, party hostels etc. so you will not be disappointed in their service.

  4. Know about your Visa Some countries does not need Visa for entry as a short term traveller. But some other countries charge you money as a privilege to enter into their country. So know and plan on the destination which makes you go through the cheap Visa processes.

  5. Book in Advance Book everything in advance. Be it the train journey hotels, hostels, resorts, flight tickets, car parking, whatever it is. Book it in advance. Most of us spend more time in confusion, thinking and looking for our car parking space. It will be indeed a rush to park in between a cluster of cars at the time of the flight. You can book your space online in the off site airport parking services like SFO Parking, Parking O’Hare etc. booking in advance helps you not to get stuck and go for the last minute plans.

  6. Travel light The less you carry, the more you can travel freely. Pack only the things you need. Take more money and less things. Take a small travel bag. The smaller the bag, the lighter you will pack. If there arrives any occasion that needs extra clothes or things, you can buy that from the local shops nearby.
