Add the cast members entered on product level on the General tab if the function is Actor/Actress
3. Create press sheet • Browse for the correct product • Open it and navigate to the tab press • Right click and select a press target
4. Actions • Create press sheet • Delete press sheet • Copy information from one press sheet targets to others • Open the product press sheet navigator
Linking product • When linking the product to the schedule -> press sheet information goes along, but is not visible.
Press sheet administration • Possible to determine the maximal number of characters per press target per tekst field • Launcher > Products and programs > Administration > Press sheet configuration
Result • Tekst thatexceed the maximum number is marked in red • A warning is displayedwhensaving the product • Information about the length In the right bottom corner
