A Wireless Scenario • A meeting report is created dated in the future • The Outlook Calendar is automatically updated • Invitations automatically sent using Outlook • The Calendar and Meeting Report are synchronised with the Pocket PC or PC-Phone • Meeting details can be entered using Pocket PC • An Action item can be created and mailed, with Reminders and Escalation notices sent using Outlook mail

Microsoft Outlook Mail & Calendaring is tightly integrated with the BVO using Microsoft Web Services The comprehensive CRM, Documents&Activities Mgt, HelpDesk, and other eOffice facilities comprising the Brookstone VirtualOffice™(BVO) provides a total CRM & Knowledge Management Solution in support of the wireless application, enabling the Customer to function to its maximum potential in running its business. All data within the BVO is stored using the flexible & comprehensive capabilities of the Exchange Document Store

  15. The BVO for ExchangeTM also emulates the “Parent - Child” Document relationship. Each document level can be opened from this screen. The Companies & Contacts Main View has been designed to replicate the “look and feel” of Lotus Domino™.

  16. The main Company View displays the data stored in the Exchange Document Store.

  17. Any number of contacts can be allocated to each Company. Many of the fields within the BVO are completely user definable.

  18. The BVO for ExchangeTM tracks all client activity through the Documents & Activities Module.

  20. Meeting requests are automatically sent from Outlook Mail to Attendees. If the meeting date is set in the future, an entry is automatically created in Outlook Calendar. Entering the details of a meeting.

  23. Emails received can also be filed automatically against a contact directly from the Outlook Inbox. Sending an email uses the complete integration of the BVO with Outlook Mail.

  24. Emails can be filed directly from Outlook into the BVO. This is accomplished using Web Services. Multiple Emails can be filed simultaneously.

  25. A Microsoft Office document can be created locally and then saved directly into the BVO again using integrated Web Services.

  26. Action items can automatically escalated if not completed on time. An email reminder can automatically be sent at a pre-determined date. An Action Item can be assigned to anyone.

  27. The BVO can organise your Events Management, automatically mail out invitations and receive replies. It also looks after all your bulk mailout requirements such as newsletters.

  43. The HR Module can manage all of an Organisation’s information across multiple companies if required.
