  3. 试剂 HiCN转化液 氰化钾0.05g 高铁氰化钾 0.2g 无水磷酸二氢钾  0.14g 非离子型表面活性剂1.oml 蒸馏水加至1000ml

  4. 方法 (大试管)转化液5ml + 静止5分钟 末梢血20ul 比色 A/44×64458(mg)/1000×251=A×367.7=Hb(g/l) 

  5. 注意事项 1、分光光度计波长、灵敏度以及比色杯内径均应严格校 正。 2、血红蛋白转化液必须放在棕色玻璃瓶内保存防止 分解。 3、血红蛋白转化液中有剧毒的KCN故要进行无公害处理 后方可排入下水道。

  6. 注意生物安全 A、首先1:1以水稀释废液,再按每升上述稀释废液加3 5ml次氯酸钠溶液,充分混匀后敞开容器口放置15小时 以上,使CN-氧化为N2和CO2或水解成CO32-和NH4+,而后 倾入下水道。 B、分散丢弃,同时用大量水冲洗稀释。
