Efficient Office Building Strategy for NDHB in Whangarei - June 2014

This project involves the development of a new office building for NDHB in Whangarei, aiming to save costs and improve operational efficiency. With co-location of staff and a 'whole-of-system' approach, the move will lead to significant savings over the forecast period. The timeline for the project, from general manager endorsement to construction completion, is outlined. The ground and first-floor plans, perspective, access road, and car park details are included. Key individuals involved in the project such as the project manager and architect are mentioned. The next steps involve further user group meetings to progress the concept and design development.
