However, it's not the only iconic model in the world. IWC, Patek Philippe and IWC all make top contenders. The most popular smartwatch, the Apple Watch Series 7, sold for $399 in the U.S., was the best-selling watch between January and March 2022. This device received early buzz for its upcoming redesign, which would bring a larger screen with thinner bezels. However, it is not yet clear what's in store for the next model.
