  3. Office of Development Critical Success Factors Raise money for the university from private sources. Key Performance Indicator: Amount of gifts and pledges received during the fiscal year. Involve as many individual donors, corporations and foundations as possible in the university’s giving process. KPI: Number of donors to the university KPI: Number of alumni donors to the university Match the university’s priorities and needs with donors’ interests. KPI: Number of gifts and amount of money directly impacting the university’s goals.

Office of Development Duties IDENTIFY alumni and friends interested in the success of ASU Research Faculty and Staff INVOLVE alumni and friends in ASU Angelo State University magazine Committees and opportunities to be on campus Events in San Angelo and Texas INVEST in ASU Annual Fund Campaigns Major and planned gift efforts

Office of Development Vision for Texas Tech University System Facility Improvements Total: About $800,000 Largest gifts include: Innovative Learning Lab for the College of Education Business Conference Center for the College of Business Track renovations for NCAA Division II Track and Field National Championships Gait Lab for Physical Therapy in the College of Nursing and Allied Health

Office of Development Vision for Texas Tech University System New and Enhanced Programs Total: More than $3.7 million Largest gifts include: Robert and Jean Ann LeGrand Endowment for Athletics Norris Family Chair in International Business James A. “Buddy” Davidson Chair in Nursing. Start-up costs for the new College of Nursing and Allied Health
