  6. Landscaping of the entire Center with water audit by the landscaper and the San Diego City Water Authority

  7. New Sod Drought Tolerant on Drip

  8. Changes at the front main gate

  9. Implementation of previously deferred and • preventative maintenance of Center: • water valve leaks • installation of emergency shut-off buttons of • Woodshop machines • updated computers • repairs of Auditorium beams

  10. Implementation of two (2) dependable Five-year plans: • Water Savings Plan • Preventative Maintenance Plan

  11. Open House Event (July 16, 2011)
