DEADLY FORCE ONLY TO: • Prevent Sabotage of National Critical Infrastructure • Arrest Person Who Committed Offense Involving Imminent Threat • Prevent Escape of Prisoner Who Has Committed Serious Offense Involving Imminent Threat
