  2. Outline • 8th grade: First cellphone • 10th grade: Second cellphone • 11th grade: iPod touch • 12th grade: Smartphone • College: Smartphone with 4G! (: • Game-changer, patience, enthusiasm, ease, intelligence, enjoyable.

  3. My First Cellphone • Basic phone with the bare necessities. • Revolutionized communication for me. • More in touch with my friends • Texting was new at the time, so I didn’t get to text.

  4. My Second Cellphone • Finally got unlimited texting; language of texting developed….better late than never. • Camera was an interesting feature, took pictures easily shared with friends whenever I wanted to. • I started calling less and texting more. As a result communication became a lot easier than I thought. • Started getting somewhat addicted to the sudden rush of features in a handheld device, something I hadn’t experienced before.

  5. iPod touch • Completely changed the way I interacted with people and myself. • The addition of wifi made it possible for me to communicate with people using facebook and other websites away from my computer. • With texting on my phone, now I could access the internet in some places. • I played games like scrabble and other brain teaser games to further develop my mind and strenghten my vocabulary. • Thanks to the 3.5 inch screen I could read electronic books wherever I was, which developed my literacy skills.

  6. Smartphone • Texting was so much easier with the addition of a qwerty keypad. This made it faster to communicate with my friends and family. • Replaced my ipod touch with internet browsing, mobile gaming, and book reading. • Texting language got more refined and developed. Started even using complete phrases because of the qwerty.

  7. Smartphone with 4g • Not much more to add here, but with 4g, using the internet on my phone became effortless. • Overall this phone was much faster than my old one, so I could do everything I did much quicker. • My texting language and internet language changed completely to standard. In other words I don’t use shortened phrases thanks to autocorrect, and the fact that its so damn fast.

  8. THE END!
