Background of EnFaNCE • EnFaNCE Foundation Inc. • A French NGO with support of Inter Aide, specialized in the implementation of development programs • Vision-Mission • Vision: To encourage self reliance and welfare among some of the most socially and economically depressed families through a community based program that could improve their economic and social living conditions . • Mission: Working together for a dynamic family development toward self reliance and community upliftment • Objectives: Objectives: The global objective of Enfance is to alleviate poverty in urban depressed communities while their specific objective is to attain sustainable improvement of the capabilities of the families to solve their problems through access to existing services. • Development Work Areas • TondoAreas: Baseco, Dumpsite, Temporary Housing Buildings/Tempo • Programs and Services • Family Development Programs/ Regular Home Visits; Pulongs; Family Budget and Savings Programs/Piso-pisongIpon; OrasngPagtanggap. • Headed by an executive director appointed from the core agency in France; Staff is composed of nine social workers work as coordinator in different programs.
