  2. Awards-ANNIVERSARYDinner A formal Awards Dinner with invited BABS guests. All clubs to be represented. A Royal Guest and Local Mayor have been invited. Venue: The Royal Hall has a banquet style seating capacity for 350 Thursday evening 1930-2230 Entertainment: Selection of AIC & British Quartets.

  3. DRAFT-CONTEST TIMETABLES • Still on target for 50 competing chorus • 40 confirmed contest entries to-date • 3 N/A- Bolton-Mike cooling. BQC & Don Amos both non contestable choruses • 7 advised as not competing • 7 to reply • 3 new prospective choruses • All contest timings calculated on a 10 minute contest cycle • Extended intervals during chorus contest used for 25-30-40yr & HoF presentations.

  4. Saturday Night RETRO SUPPER Pre-bookable tables set up in different areas of the convention centre. Includes a retro supper and first drink £8.50 Venues: Hall H, Hall G, Saturday evening following Chorus contest. Retro Supper & first drink. Capacity for 1800 covers -1200 pre-sold as part of EB registrations Entertainment: AIC & British Quartets. Storm Front to host the evening

AIC QUARTETS Old School 2011 Storm Front 2010 Crossroads 2009 OC Times 2008 Vocal Spectrum 2006 *The Gas House Gang 1993 A selection from the above AIC Quartets to be used throughout the weekend: Thursday night Awards Dinner; Friday evening Show; Saturday Master Classes and Sing with the AIC; Saturday night Cabaret Show and two Sunday Shows. *Baritone Brandon Guyton.

  6. SHOWS Show acts to keep nonsinging time to a minimum. Show emcees to congratulate the weekend contestants and trophy winners on behalf of all show acts.

  7. Party Night • Tribute band Sunday Night Party Time… Dancing the remainder of the weekend away to a 70’s style tribute band-Abba-Yab-a-Doo
