  3. LE PALAIS DE L’ÉLYSÉE Le Palais de l’Élysée est la résidence officielle du Président de la République depuis 1873. Le peuple français élit le Président tous les cinq ans au suffrage Universel. Celui-ci doit veiller au respect de la Costitution et au fonctionnement des pouvoirs publics. Il nomme le Premier Ministre, promulgue les lois et commande les armées. Il peut demander l’avis des français au moyen d’un referendum. Dans une situation très grave il a les pleins pouvoirs et donc il peut decider tout seul.

  4. L’ HOTEL MATIGNON Le Ministre réside à l’Hotel Matignon, rue de Varenne . Il choisit les ministres et dirige l’action du gouvernement. Il est responsable de la défense nationale et assure l’exécution des lois.

  5. LE PALAIS DU LUXEMBOURG Le palais de luxembourg est le siège du Sénat. Le Sénat compte 318 sénateurs élus pour neuf ans au suffrage universel indirect et renouvables au tiers , tous les trois ans. il a un pouvoir legislatif.

  6. L’ASSEMBLÉE NATIONALE L’Assemblée Nationale occupe le Palais Bourbon, un édifice en face de la Place de la Concorde. Composée de 577 députés, l’ Assemblée est élue pour cinq ans au suffrage universel. Elle propose et adopte les lois: elle a un povoir législatif.
