Vision Statement • Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached is the Swami vivekananada, but in our Vision new India arise, aware and stop not till the goal is reached. • We going to aware all in all. India is dynamic country we have to show it. Our target is to show how we Superior. In cleanliness than Singapore, Law than Britiain, Patriotism than Japan, Team work than China, Economic than Us.

  3. Our Team • Founded by M. Suresh Kumar . • Bond signed with Suresh karthick as co-founder and chairman. • Only Voluntary members nearly 200-25000 according to the program we met occassionally. • From 2001, Founder Sureshkumar doing the theme work but legally registered as trust in 2006 with his members and co-founder. • Our success is Information Act 2005, Helmet act 2007

Field Summary • Past : Traffic, river, education, sex, social and moral(From 2006, we did traffic awareness, Buckingham river rehabilitation Pongal programme, Free tuitions in Tirunelveli, Madurai, Periyakulam, Tanjore, food to the orphanage, sharing newyear with mentally retarded childrens. Various census for our plan, researches made.) • Present : Right now we concentrating in 20projects directly to poor public. • Future: Media, Society, Business, International.

  5. Problems and opportunities: • Problems : Lack of communication and delay in action is our big problem. Interference of personal dignity, ego, non-cooperation, irresponsibility. • Opportunities: • Lot of youth are in aware., we have to get together and joinly make the change.

  6. Vision Concept • Our concept is not helping to poors. But making how they can help themselves. • Creating awareness and to make them aware.

Competition • 900 prices for 30 districts (10000 Per head, prices for (best sweeper, best ward member, best station master, best VP in college, Best college, Best school, Brave student, Best contract,etc)9crores • Singapore VS Chennai competition • Mini Olympic to Tamilnadu level conducted to promote sports and give enthu for individualism to get Olympic ranking for india.

One year Goals -Milk for 5Rs.(Only for those who are member and they should be in BPL)-8Lakh -CSD for poors in 30 districts(civil supply department as like as ARMY canteen with similar price)(30*300=9000 womens from swg get the job)-2700000 -Money for garbage.(Per tonn gives nearly 35% of fertilizer)3500 -Nature fertilizer from wastes.(Chemical fertilizer import can reduced and soil wealth protected)3500 -Perrennial River (Artificial river for irrigation seawater diluted to irrigate)2crores -Rehabilition of Buckingham river(coovum)-10km(20crores) -Direct Money Transfering (By video conferencing the money transferred instantly) -Laptop for students(>1500rs.) -Sensor traffic control -Artificial rain in Metro and hot cities in tamilnadu(it reduces heat and promote rain and decrease global warming) -Urinal support for every 1km in cities. -Awareness classes to all students in schools and colleges in friendly manner. -Singapore VS Chennai competition -Mini Olympic to Tamilnadu level conducted to promote sports and give enthu for individualism to get Olympic rating.

  9. Financial Plan • For every goal and project we trust in God., and lot of business persons ready to help.The immediate plan is gathering and action. The time limit is very low as in 15 JULY 2008 the competition is finalized and in 15 AUGUST 2008 the prices and awards issued. • After Apr 2008 the state level games (mini Olympic) will be conducted. • As soon as possible the magazine ‘Manah’ will be started to encourage the students force. • If it is necessary the Manah channel may started. • For all the projects the fund will be collected from public and from the donors, sometimes and somecases from bank. Our banking with TNSC, Co-operative banks.

  10. Resource Requirements Technology requirements For our researches we need some technical supports. All the research was conducting by college level students. We also have to get approval from Govt. So we need the proper guidance. Personnel requirements We trust U all other than God. Because single drop never cause a flood, but joining of drops make it. We need u all for our victory. Make present history as pleasant history. Resource requirements Financial, distribution, promotion, etc. External requirements Recognition from Government, public, and those who benefiters

Risks & Rewards • Risks Those projects and goals contain heavy risk if it is handled without vision and mission. • Addressing risk All the projects are aligned with the knowledge and guidance of God, without God, we can’t and we wont do it. And without captain don’t try it. It may sink. • Rewards If the above vision completed atleast 1% each and every person will be awarded according to their effort.(The sponsors are Pothys, Vasanth & co, Arokya, Britannia, NRI donors from spain, Australia, US, Singapore)

Key Issues • Near term Nov 14 a grand meeting in Nehru Stadium, 3 ministers, 8 Actors(they all where invited and accepted for date) Nehru stadium booking is under confirmation(due to rain fear we require some other options. • Long term Other goals as mentioned • Finally we invite you all to join with us make the history.
