  1. Process of manufacturing ms pipe MS pipes in Tamil Nadu are manufactured in various shapes and are mostly used in different industries for a wide range of purposes. While many thinks that these pipes are always cylindrical and straight in looks but they are actually made in a variety of shapes, sizes, and thicknesses, depending on their purpose; sometimes they are cylindrical in shape, but other times they are round, rectangular or shaped into coils. Some of them even use scrap metal to create them and melt them down. Let's See How the Process Works? Melting is just the beginning of the manufacturing process where the materials are being melted and then moved to a refiner. During this refinement process, more unwanted elements are eliminated and desired components are added to only ensure that the steel used for building pipes and tubes has the appropriate chemistry and hardness in it. After the desired mixture has been created, the liquid is then poured into the moulds. Once it is fixed in the moulds, the steel cools into ingots. Finally, the material is shaped using a great deal of pressure by large rollers. Once it is flattened, blooms are created and get formed into these steel pipes and the ingot is put through the rollers that move in opposite directions. It is usually moved in order to squeeze and stretch the material into thin and long pieces. Once the bloom is made, it is then processed further into a billet that is longer and narrow in size. These billets are then cut and stacked and eventually formed into a seamless steel pipe.

  2. Where are they Used? It is also used in erecting industrial structures of all sizes where pipes and tubes are commonly being used in the water supply systems. However, at some of these places, MS pipes are gaining more popularity due to low prices and high elasticity so that it can withstand the weather. These types of tubes are very much in use for this purpose even today. These things are then installed in buildings and factories for carrying not only hot or cold water but also to transfer different gasses and chemicals.
