Dependent Eligibility Audit • Communications - Prior to Audit • To date, seven general communications beginning April 21 (letter, listservs, newsletter) • Description of audit on Benefits Listserv this week • Personal letter one week prior to launch • Email two days prior to launch • September 27 Audit Web site opens • FAQs & Answer Center available on launch date

Dependent Eligibility Audit • Communications - After Launch Date • Supervisors remind employees • Reminder letter to be sent 15 days into audit • Broadcast telephone reminder to occur 2-3 days before close of Web site • Immediate feedback to employees at completion of audit whether dependents are eligible or ineligible
