  1. Common Collateral Fund(A Capital Sharing Concept) Support for new small businesses that cannot afford Start-up Capital

  2. Collateral Fund • Small businesses are widely known as the Engines of economic growth and job creation. But very often new small businesses find it very difficult to raise needed start-up capital because these entrepreneurs have not been able to either save, inherit or borrow from a wealthy family or friend. • Many of these small business entrepreneurs struggle without success to get a bank loan because they don’t have the collateral to secure the loan.

  3. Collateral Fund • Common Collateral Fund is created to serve as a unique source for this badly-needed requirement that will help kick off many small businesses and also job creation in our communities. • Collateral Fund will be in every community to work with small business development centers and other community partners to help these entrepreneurs start off or expand their businesses so that they can eventually qualify for bank loans.
