  1. ”Tulevaisuuden kotihoito: miten vastata kotihoidon kasvavaan kysyntään”Johan Groop TkT, projektipäällikkö, NordicHealtcare Group 4.9. 2014 klo 13-16 Merikeskus Vellamo, auditorioTutkimustietoon perustuvissa esityksissä tarkastellaan kotihoitoa tuotantotaloudennäkökulmasta. Painopisteinä ovat kotihoidon ruuhkahuiput, resurssien kohdennushaasteet sekäydinongelmat näiden taustalla. Ydinongelmat ovat yleisiä toimintatapoja ja rutiineja jotka rajoittavatkotihoidon kykyä hyödyntää resurssejaan tehokkaammin, samalla kuin ne pahentavat hoitajien kiirettä heikentäen työhyvinvointia. Koulutus on tarkoitettu kotihoidon toimijoille ja kotihoidon kehittämisestä kiinnostuneille kuntapäättäjille. Ilmoittautumiset: sara.haimi-liikkanen@kotka.fi 25.8.2014 mennessä .
