  3. New Graphic User Interface • New slick and chicSysAid GUI • Full screen width view will assist you with your daily work • Easy and intuitive navigation icons • History navigation buttons

  4. Satisfaction Survey • This new feature enables you to keep in touch with the needs of your end users. Administrators can now issue a survey when closing a service request, in order to track and measure the satisfaction of the end users by the service level of the helpdesk.

  5. vPro Support • Support in Intel’s vPro Chipset. A chip that provides support for software and hardware inventory management, which allows remote access to the network, even to machines that are switched off.

  6. Various Remote Control Support • You now have the option to use one of the following alternative remote control tools directly from SysAid: • Remote Desktop Connection • Ultra VNC Viewer. • In addition to that the remote sessions can be accelerated and improved using Mirror Driver. The Mirror Video Driver is a driver that can quickly and efficiently notify about screen changes. Using it on an UltraVNC server results in an excellent accuracy. The video driver also eliminates the use of the CPU resulting in a big speed boost and very low CPU load.

  7. Backup database • You don't have to use external database to enjoy backup capabilities. SysAid 5.0 includes Backup support to its internal databases. Now, when using SysAid 5.0 included databases you can not only backup your data but also detect corrupted data.

  8. News • From now on, important information can now be shared in a news format notifying your administrators about special events and incidents. • This is a great opportunity to share some information with your end users. Notifying them about a common problem or upcoming event has never been easier.

  9. Translate Upload/Download Options • Translation can now be downloaded to a file, edited and uploaded back to SysAid 5.0 for easier and simpler usage.
