  3. 1. Geographical setting The operational centre of Bucecea Police is situated in Bucecea locality, on the south-west of Botoşani county. Bucecea neighbours the following villages: Vlădeni, Mihai Eminescu, Leorda andVârfu Câmpului. Siret river separates Botoşani from Suceava county but at the same time, it delimitates Bucecea from three villages, all part of Suceava county: Dumbrăveni, Siminicea and Hânţeşti. Bucecea locality is inhabited by 5275 people, the Romanian nationality is the dominant onein a proportion of 94,8%.

  4. 2. The area of responsibility Bucecea Police ensures public safetyin four neighbourhoods and only one village, namely Bohoghina, which is situated on the north-east area of the locality, near VârfuCâmpului village; It does not subordinate any village.
