This notion that taught students that you absolutely always have to succeed made them unable to take risk. Bill Gates once said, “It’s fine to celebrate success but it is more important to heed the lessons of failure.” It is scientifically proven that putting pressure on people to always succeed decreases their effectiveness and hence they become less productive. This would not only hamper the daily work but would also kills the innovation drive in the employees which would be bad for the organisation.<br><br>
