Statutory Charter of OHFB • “The intent of the Healthy Oregon Act is to develop a…comprehensive plan, based upon the principles…of this…Act, that meets the…goals of the program.” • The Board “shall develop a comprehensive plan to achieve the Oregon Health Fund program goals.”
