  7. HURRICANE RINA FORECAST • A contingent of 82,000 tourists visiting Cancun, Cozumel, and the Maya Riviera and other locales via cruise liners and other modes of travel are at risk. • Many are beginning to evacuate these areas, some of which were damaged by Wilma.

  9. HURRICANE RINA FORECAST • Hurricane Rina is forecast to make landfall on Thursday, October 27th. • Rina could make a sharp turn to the east and move towards Cuba and Florida, as Hurricane Wilma did in 2005.

  40. HURRICANE WILMA: EARLY LOSS ESTIMATE • Risk Management Solutions estimated that insurance companies would have claims in the range of $6 billion to $10 billion for damage in Florida.
