Short Term Goals • Students will be able to plan and complete an essay • Change my questioning strategies with students to promote critical thinking • Group discussion will be beneficial for all students • Self confidence will be increased • They will express their views • They will be encouraged by the teacher as well as students

Time Line The students will sit in their respective groups for discussions and collection of points I will divide the students into different group I will explain to the students the advantages and disadvantages of group discussions I will makes these different groups sit in proper seating arrangements Each group will choose a representative who presents the work
