Everybody knows about Lord Hanuman. He is an avatar of Lord Shiva. Lord Hanuman is known famously as a follower and disciple of Lord Rama; to whom he is completely devoted without any hesitation. Lord Hanuman is considered as the provider of hope, knowledge, courage, devotion and intellect. Lord Hanuman occurs in the form of a monkey (vanara) which is assumed as a sign of bravery. Lord Hanuman is worshipped in all parts of the country. Many people offer prayers to photos or Brass Idols of Lord Hanuman.

  2. Everybody knows about Lord Hanuman. He is an avatar of Lord Shiva. Lord Hanuman is known famously as a follower and disciple of Lord Rama; to whom he is completely devoted without any hesitation. Lord Hanuman is considered as the provider of hope, knowledge, courage, devotion and intellect. Lord Hanuman occurs in the form of a monkey (vanara) which is assumed as a sign of bravery. Lord Hanuman is worshipped in all parts of the country. Many people offer prayers to photos or Brass Idols of Lord Hanuman. Lord Hanuman was born to Anjana and Kesari, two strong vanaras. According to myths and legends, the birth of Lord Hanuman was made with a grand plan in mind by the Supreme lord. There are beliefs that the combination of the celestial being and a vanara gave Lord Hanuman immense strength and divinity. It is believed that Lord Hanuman was very quick on his feet and witty, which were his main characteristics. But what makes Hanuman the strongest being, according to our faith? There are a few facets to his characteristic which makes it believable that this is where Lord Hanuman receives his strength from. Let’s discuss them. Bramhachari Lord Hanuman practiced the Bramhachari way of life for the entirety of his livelihood. Practicing Bramhacharya means he remained celibate and unmarried. This ideology is pretty common amongst body-builders and weight lifters who believe that in order to have a strong and fit body, one needs to remain celibate his entire life. Lord Hanuman always treated women like his mother or sister, with respect.

  3. Devotion Lord Hanuman’s love for Lord Rama knows no bounds. He was extremely devoted to Lord Rama his entire life. He fought bravely alongside and for Lord Rama in the epic battle against the demon Ravana, and took victory. When you observe any Brass Idol of Ram Darbar, you can notice that Lord Hanuman is always a part of the idol, however small the symbolism may be. Worship

  4. Lord Hanuman is celebrated for his strength, valor, bravery on the battlefield, devotion to Lord Rama and his entire family, his knowledge, physical and mental strength. Other facets of Lord Hanuman’s personality include honesty, modesty, loyalty, sincerity and self-sacrifice. No matter which temple you visit to worship Lord Rama, you will definitely find a space dedicated to Lord Hanuman near Lord Rama. It is considered that in order to seek Lord Rama’s blessings, we must go through Lord Hanuman, else the worship is deemed incomplete. Lord Hanuman is a well-rounded personality who was an avatar of Lord Shiva. He was put on earth to help Lord Rama fight the battle in Lanka. He is known as the God of Strength and is worshipped by people globally, to find strength within themselves by seeking his blessings.
