MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS PUT HERE • He created the first library and first fire department in Pennsylvania. • He also started the University of Pennsylvania. • He proved through an experiment with a kite and a key that lightening is electricity. • Helped write the Declaration of Independence.
