  2. Order Entry
  3. The number of allowed characters in Order Control – Message Lines – Order has been increased to allow for a longer message on your order forms. **Not all forms have the ability to display this message.
  4. Several new Price Matrices are available now in Order Control – Pricing Sequence: Order Code & Item # Order Code & Mfg Code Order Code & Pricing Group
  5. Order Entry Daily Processing
  6. We have added Show Order/SO Details to Recommended Replenishment Action. Now you can see who the customers are and the order info.
  7. In Quote Entry, we have made the Customer Number, Customer Name and Quote Number field red/bold to indicate that this is a quote. We have added Totals to the bottom of the Order-Item grid.
  8. You can now create quotes right from your Sales Management (Prospect) Screen.
  9. Tracking Information can be emailed right from the Order - Shipping Tab. Automatic confirmation email option also coming.
  10. The new Release button on the Order or Service Order Summary screen will allow you to call up the Hold/Release function without leaving the Order or Service Order.
  11. We have added a new Pop Up Notes/Memo box in all applicable modules. Click the icon under the spell check to open a larger writing box.
  12. We have added the ability to send shipping info via email in the Order Entry – Invoicing – Payments and Totals screen.
  13. The new Cust Orders button in the Operations section in Order Summary will bring up all orders for the current customer (based on the date range in the Customer - Orders browse grid).
  14. The new Order Status tab in Order Entry and Item Status tab in Service Order will track Item Line changes.
  15. Labor is now available on the Commission Journal Report when the Invoice Type is Service.
  16. We have added the Division filter to the Customer Profit and Sales for Year and Customer Sales and Profit List reports.
  17. Customer Type has been added as a filter to the Invoice Report. The Invoice Promo List has been updated with new search criteria and a new format.
  18. Customer Type, Product Group and Sales Territory filters have been added to the Invoice Line Report.
  19. Sales Territory has been added to the Order Line Report
  20. Customer Master
  21. We have added a GEO Fence field to City Maintenance. This value will override the GEO Fence default value in the system of 250 that will be populated upon new customer creation.
  22. We have added a field to the Customer – Defaults Tab titled “Shipping Account #. The data is sent to UPS Worldship.
  23. You can make any of the Main Equipment Additional Fields in the Equipment Type Maintenance – Summary Screen mandatory by checking the new Mandatory box to the right of the field.
  24. We have added Tech Class to the Equipment Type Maintenance screen. This will default the tech class during service order entry.
  25. We have added fields in Customer – Contact – Credit Card/Debit Card Info Tab to store debit or checking account information for each customer contact.
  26. You can now instantly add a customer contact from the Customer Summary screen. While in Edit or New mode, click the Contact button. The system will use these fields: Contact Telephone, Ext Telephone 2, Ext Fax If the Create New Contact button is checked in Customer Master Control, a new contact will automatically be generated upon save of a new customer record. If the user fills a first and last name in the Contact field, the system will use that information as the name, otherwise, the system will take the data in the Name field and split into first and last name.
  27. You can now view charge and site customer SA’s in the customer’s Agreements tab. We have added a new field to the Customer Summary screen called Marketing List. Selecting “Details” will bring up the Create Marketing List program.
  28. We have added a button to the Customer – Accounts Receivable screen called “Applied Trans”. Clicking this button will bring up a screen that shows you any applied transactions related to this customer.
  29. Individual User ID’s have been removed from activity notification and replaced with Groups. You can select more than one group to send the notification to. A new AR Statement form field has been added in Customer – Defaults tab. Any value in this field will override the system default AR Statement form for this customer.
  30. You can now edit or clear the SA from the Customer – Rates tab without being in edit mode. You can remove the SA Reference or change the SA Reference on the fly. This allow you to see several different rates for a single customer.
  31. From the Labor History screen you can go to the Invoice, Service Order or Job Details. You can now view Labor History from the Customer Invoice tab and get quick totals.
  32. We added a check box to the Customer – Orders tab that allows the user to include orders tied to the Charge Customer in the grid. The Name2 field from the Customer Master has been added to the browse grid in Serial Item Look Up.
  33. The date has been added to the Item Details grid in the Customer- Equipment – Item History tab.
  34. We have added the comments from the Customer Master – Equipment Tab – Equipment Details screen below the grid on the Equipment Tab for the highlighted line.
  35. You can now run the New Customer Report by Credit Manager.
  36. Sales Management
  37. Several fields have been made mandatory in the Sales Management Prospect Summary screen. Fields that are required are noted in RED upon add or edit. Copy and paste (Ctrl A and Ctrl C) is now available in the activity grid in the top of the Prospect Screen .
  38. New Status options have been added to Sales Status Maintenance in the Sales Management System. In your Sales Lead screen, you can now select Active, Gain and Lost. This will also be available for Job Quotes in a future release. Available in V7(028)
  39. You can now search by the “Telephone 2” field in Prospects.
  40. You can now Plot in the Prospect summary screen.
  41. When converting a prospect to a customer, the Sales Tax Code will be pulled from City Maintenance, or the User default if the City Table is blank. Available in V7(015)
  42. Create Marketing Lists function has been updated and improved. It can be found in your Sales Management Menu under Reports. Available in V7(015)
  43. Service Agreements
  44. The comments and notes fields have been expanded in Service Agreement Summary. Standard Comments are also available on Extra Information and Notes by clicking on the purple folder to the left of the field. Canned comments must be set up in Comment Maintenance. (V7, Patch 21) ‘Alias’ from Equipment Details now displays in the Covered Equipment grid. Available in V4 (040)
  45. Summary Billing has been added to the Service Agreement Summary screen. If this is unchecked, all Service Agreement Invoices will print on the Master Contract invoice. If checked, the contract information will print in summary. Available in V5(021)
  46. Create Master Invoice has been added to the Service Agreement – Billing Tab, which calls the batch billing program and sets the following defaults: Master Contract Current Year and Period Create Invoice And Billing Status = Open Available in V7(025)
  47. New Auto Payment allows you to create SA invoices and run credit card charges in batch.
  48. SA items are now entered as Qty per Model OR Total qty needed per call. Items on the Customer equipment override the contract defaults and the All Items tab shows a total qty of parts needed for that contract.
  49. Model # now added to SA Calls tab so you can see what equipment is requiring the part.
  50. Items/Tasks for SO tab has been renamed to PM Items and now has two tabs underneath it – All Items and SA Items. Available in V7(026) All Items will include all item records from equipment accessories and Service Agreement items and is a read-only grid. SA Items includes all items under the Service Agreement for included equipment. You can add, delete or edit items in this tab.
  51. You can now duplicate items in Service Agreement – PM Items – SA Items to make it easier to create your custom list of required parts for your Preventative Maintenance calls. Available in V7(014)
  52. Changing the tech on a Service Agreement will prompt the user to change the tech on all open SA’s. We have also added a new function, Update Tech on Contracts and SA Calls, to the Service Agreement Utilities Menu that will allow the user to update the tech on a specific Service Agreement or Service Agreement type en masse. Available in V6(040)
  53. Function SA-3-15 Auto Renew Expiring Contracts has been added to all menus. This function allows auto renewal of expiring contracts based on the criteria selected. Available in V7(029)
  54. Odometer reading now sent from GOF and stored in schedule record of service order upon Start of job. It also creates an Odometer record in the Vehicle record in Fleet Maintenance. Now alerts can be set for schedule maintenance reminders.
  55. Coming Soon! Service categories can be created in Fleet Maintenance. From Accounts Payable entry, you will be able to select a Vehicle # and Service Category and post the voucher directly against the vehicle. These vouchers will appear on the Completed Service tab within the vehicle record.
