  3. Stykkishólmur It is a charming town with beautifully maintained old houses. It has an industrious harbour where boat trips around Breiðarfjörður are offered as well as the ferry Baldur to Flatey island and Brjánslækur in the West Fjords.

  4. Grindavík It is one of the biggest fish processing towns in Iceland with an active, industrious harbour. During the summer there is an exhibition of boats from Grindavík along the road of Seljabót near the harbour.

  5. Hveragerði It is a town famous for its steamy geothermal nature which can be seen long before arriving here. This is a hotbed of beauty, greenhouses and surprises. The Geothermal Park in the middle of town is also a huge attraction.

  6. Reykjavik City Pond This pond is a huge attraction as its surrounding area is ideal for outdoor activities. You can walk around the colourful streets of Reykjavík, visiting Hljómskálagarðurinn park or simply enjoy watching the bird-life around the city pond.

  7. Fjallsárlón Glacier Lagoon It is a little further on from Jölulsárlón but less congested and extremely spectacular. It is slightly hidden, and full of floating icebergs and their bluish colors. Boat trips are also offered in this lagoon.
