  4. DIGITAL LITERACY Our learners have not learned to evaluate the vast amount of information they see daily online. They have not learned how to create positive digital footprints either (Shelly Sánchez Terrell, 2013).

  5. Digital Citizenship Creative Commons licensing has become a simple way for people to define how their images (and other works) can be used.

  6. AVATAR In computing, an avatar is the graphical representation of the user or the user's alter ego or character (wikipedia, 2015).

  9. Storyboard A storyboard is a graphic organizer in the form of illustrations or images displayed in sequence for the purpose of pre-visualizing a motion picture, animation, motion graphic or interactive mediasequence (wikipedia, 2015).

  10. BYOD Bring your own device (BYOD)—also called bring your own technology (BYOT), bring your own phone (BYOP), and bring your own PC (BYOPC)—refers to the policy of permitting employees to bring personally owned mobile devices (laptops, tablets, and smartphones) to their workplace, and to use those devices to access privileged company information and applications (wikipedia, 2015).

  11. COLLABORATIVE WORKING Throughout the collaborative process, students will learn to problem-solve, brainstorm, create, and negotiate with others. Learning with others also helps engage students and benefits them cognitively (Vezzuto, 2005).

  13. SELF EVALUATION TARGET

  14. WE ARE STORYTELLERS • English project We are storytellers. • Aim of the workshop: • Create a story in groups of four in which you are going to tell and explain everybody what you have learnt this week and what you have lived. You can use any of the tools we showed you

  15. A post for the portfolio • Remember the portfolio is like a “notebook” in which you will create posts to show what you have learnt and your reflections about it. • Let’s create a post in your portfolio with your learning about this activity. You have to include an introduction (What is the activity about?), the product (your story) and the learning diary. • The learning diary will be a reflection around these questions: • Three things you have learnt. • How you have learnt these things. • Do you want to learn a bit more about something? • What was a bit difficult for you? • How do you feel with this project? • Remember the tags: #MECD_UIMP15, #moveonINT_MP

  16. EVALUATION The final score will be up to 100 %. • 60% will be given by the teachers. (Using the rubric) • 20% will be given by self-evaluation. (Using the rubric, it is done individually) • 20% will be given to each member of the team. (Give out maximum 24 points to each member of the group) • This is the rubric: http://es.slideshare.net/jsmamolar/rbrica-we-are-storytellers#
