Satlon 105 • The first Industrial series Super glue to be introduced to the market. • It is one of the most widely requested selection of international adhesives due to its high performance. • Satlon 105 Industrial series is available in 5cps viscosity and flow requirement; cure speed, gap-filling capability and substrate used in General Assembly. • Satlon Industrial range of products is the result of the R&D team working closely with customers to develop a superior set of products that exceed their highest standard of requirements to meet the demands for the assembly applications. • Satlon 105 is a General Purpose Cyanoacrylate ‘Super glue’ with a low viscosity wicking grade instant adhesive, excellent for preassembled parts. • With its clear appearance and fast cure speed, Satlon 105 can be used as a gap filler where the gap is as small as 0.051mm and at the same time give a shear tensile strength of 210 (Kg/cm2). It has a temperature range of -50*C and 145*C where it starts to soften. (This is one of the highest temperature ranges for any Cyanoacrylate adhesives).

  3. Satlon 105 • Comes in a clear plastic 20g container @ 50 bottles to the box. • A long tapering nozzle cuts down on evaporation. A white sealer cap.
