Starting in 2001 with our first truck, “VINS”, and three 15m3 bins, Vin & Jane saw an opportunity to develop a long-term business that would service the growing demand for waste management services in the local area. Recognising the importance of being sustainable with the waste we collect, Vin, Jane and the team expanded our operations in 2011, where VinsBins now operates from our very own purpose built waste transfer station complex. This ensures that of all the waste we collect, over 82% of it is recycled, including as green waste, concrete and bricks, scrap steel, metals, timber, paper/cardboard and good quality garden soil – all helping to ensure that we use more and waste less. www.vinsbins.com
