  2. About MD Calibrations MD Calibrations provides Builders (OEM’s), Distributors and End Users with a source for machine error diagnostics, linear and rotary pitch error compensation with certification to National and International Standards including ISO-230, ANSI/ASME B5.54 and ANSI/ASME B5.57

  4. Equipment Utilized for TestingPrimary Equipment MD Calibration utilizes the latest state of the art equipment such as the Renishaw XL-80 Laser Interferometer system. We perform diagnostic services such as periodic error, angular lost motion, thermal drift tests, linear positioning and XL-80 Laser System compensation/optimization and backlash tests. We also perform Rotary Axis Calibrations utilizing the latest Renishaw XR-20W Wireless Rotary Calibrator.

  7. Reports MD Calibrations provides full test documentation in accordance with ISO requirements. While supplying copies of all test results. We also provide ISO230 summery reports for each axis tested identifying ISO compliant test parameters. Machine Backup of parameters and all documentation is provided on a electronic copy for future reference.

ISO17025/A2LA Accreditation • MD Calibrations is proud to announce we are now Accredited with AL2A for ISO-17025 and Z540-1 • This laboratory is accredited in accordance with recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005. This accreditation demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (refer joint ISO-ILAC-IAF Communiqué dated January 2009)

  10. Other Services Offered MD Calibrations is an authorized distributor for the Renishaw line of Machine Tool and CMM Probes, Styli, Calibration Equipment, Software and accessories. We provide on-site service for installation, retrofit, repair, and training. We also provide coordination for the Renishaw RBE (Repair By Exchange) Program.
