  4. So Every Human Being In Your Business Including you chooses their behavior based on their ability to be achieve --psychological safety --acceptance --significance --one’s life goals

  5. Soooo, the Big Question Is Are the people of your business (including you) able to fulfill their psychological needs in a way that enables them to achieve control of their lives while working to achieve the goals of the business?

  6. If Not, One or More of Three Factors May Be The Cause The Organization System Design Is Wrong The Supervisory Function Is Not Working You Hired the Wrong People
