Service Delivery Model • Student Safety supports the following building level activities and programs: • Olweus Bully Prevention Program • Crisis Planning and Emergency Drill Exercises at all school sites. • Rapid Responder – Emergency Management System • Staff Training in Violence Prevention
Program Deployment Status • Program and services for school safety, crisis, and emergency planning are well-deployed at all district sites. • The Olweus Bully Prevention program is well-deployed at the Middle School level, initially deployed at the High School 9th grade level, and with minimal deployment at the Elementary level.
Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL #1 : Student survey data will show an increase at the following levels: Elementary 90%; Middle School 83%; High School 80% to the survey question ‘I Feel Safe at School’. RESULTS: Fall 2011 Advanced Questionnaire Data:

Progress Toward Previous Program Goal GOAL #3: Benchmark levels of the percentage of boys and girls who report being bullied at school per month at the 9th grade level RESULTS (Olweus Survey):
Future Program Goals to be Evaluated • Increase the percentage of students and parents who report “I Feel Safe at School”. • Decrease the number of girls and boys who report being bullied at school 2-3 times per month for 6th through 9th grade students. • Survey students in 5thgrade to establish benchmarks for girls and boys who report being bullied at school 2-3 times per month.
Plan for Evaluation Measurable Outcomes Data Collection Methods • Increase percentage of “I Feel Safe at School”: Elementary – 93%; Middle School – 83%; High School 82%, Continue to Decrease Bullying at Middle Schools by 2%. • Establish benchmark levels of bullying by using Olweus survey for 5th grade studentsof participating schools. • Decrease the percentage of girls and boys who report being bullied at school 2-3 times per month by 1%. • Increase percentage of “I Feel My Child Is Safe At School” by parents • Document reviews • Surveys and questionnaires
